Diagnostic. For one priority process

Operations and Automation Diagnostic

We go inside the operation, map the process, quantify where the effort goes and deliver a written go or no-go: what to change, what to build, what not to build, and the scope of a build if one is justified.

If the right answer is to change the process and not automate, that is the deliverable, and it is complete.

EndsWith your decision.

Whichever you pick.

Diagnosis first

Nothing is scoped before the process is mapped in the operation it belongs to.

Written scope

What is in, what is out and what done means. If scope changes, the change is agreed in writing first.

Common questions

Can we skip the diagnostic?

No. Every build we have seen go wrong was scoped before anyone watched the process run. The scope of any build comes out of it.

Do we have to replace our software?

Usually not. Most of our work connects and extends what you already run. We replace something only when it is the simplest fix that holds.

Our records are on paper. Does that matter?

No. Paper is one of several places a record can start. We read it where it is produced and give it the same controlled path.

What if we stop the partner agreement?

The system keeps running. We leave it documented and in a state your team can operate.
