An operations automation firm in Cairo, founded in 2026. We work with businesses that run on a lot of manual effort, and we start by sitting inside the operation to see how work actually moves.
We measure before we build.
Nothing is scoped before the process is mapped in the operation it belongs to, in minutes, not opinions. We have not met a process that ran the way it was described.
The simplest fix that holds
A changed process, a connection between two tools you have, or a new system. The smallest one that keeps working.
Judgment stays with people
Steps that can run reliably run on their own. Wherever a decision matters, a person approves it.
Written down first
Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts, and changed in writing.
No claims we cannot trace
No figures, savings or results are published unless each one traces to a source record.
Who we work with
Three gates. No industries.
Owner-led businesses where the work is real and physical, and the information about it is scattered across people, spreadsheets, chat threads and systems that were never shaped around the operation.
The problems do not follow industry lines, so we do not list any. Every enquiry passes the same three gates. When one does not, we say so. We work in English and Arabic, on site in Egypt and remotely where the operation allows.
