What this site collects
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts other than the fonts it is set in. We do not track who visits.
The intake form
What you enter in the form is delivered to us by the site's hosting provider and reaches us as an ordinary email. It is kept in our mailbox for as long as we are in contact about the enquiry, then deleted on request.
What we do with what you tell us
We use it to decide whether we are a fit and to prepare for a call. We do not share it with anyone outside Sahhely, and we do not add you to any list.
Client information during an engagement
During a diagnostic or build we see operational records, often including personal data about your staff and customers. We treat all of it as confidential, access only what the agreed scope requires, and return or delete it when the engagement ends unless the partner agreement says otherwise. The details are set out in each engagement agreement.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@sahhely.com.
Terms of engagement
These are the standing terms behind every Sahhely engagement. Each engagement also has its own written agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.
Scope
Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts. If scope changes, the change is agreed in writing before the work is done.
The diagnostic
A diagnostic is a complete deliverable in itself. Its recommendation may be to build, to connect, to change the process, or to leave things as they are. You are under no obligation to proceed to a build with us.
Access
You agree to give us the access the scope requires: to the people doing the work, the tools they use and the records they produce. Where access is withheld, we will tell you what we cannot assess and why.
Confidentiality
We keep your operational information confidential during and after the engagement. We name you as a client or publish a case study only with your written permission.
The partner agreement
The digital operations partner agreement is monthly, with defined hours and scope written down. Either side may end it at a month's notice. On ending, the system keeps running and we leave it documented.
Governing law
Engagement agreements are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless the agreement says otherwise.
